We made the news again and it wasn't the heat wave or flooding. It was snow. It took three hours to snow blow my little driveway. I usually exercise in the morning before starting my day...but this day was different. I looked outside and thought I'll get more than enough exercise just clearing the snow. I was right. I opened the garage door and over a foot had accumulated next to the door with drifts higher in the middle. Oh well it's just snow, right? As I was having my cup of coffee this morning, logging in to Active Rain, I noticed this first blog post will bring me to the 700,000 point milestone. What an incredible journey! What a great community of people I've met..and everyone I continue to meet. So much I've learned and so many opportunities. Thank you ActiveRain. Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.

To everyone who a part of the server upgrade here at ActiveRain..THANK YOU! Thank you for your effort and commitment before, during and after the server upgrade. I can only imagine the extra hours taken of your own personal time, the tweaking of the sytem and frustration involved. Thank you for the updates ~ They were greatly appreciated. Thank you for the "vacation" during the upgrade process. Sometimes you need a vacation and do some of your own upgrades even when you didn't know you needed it.
