smoky mountain real estate: Smoky Mountain Land Sales (From December 6, 2008) - 01/17/09 11:14 PM
Recent land sales in Sevier County have been sluggish to say the least. No matter the area - Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, Sevierville, or any other area of Sevier County sales have been few and far between. There is an abundance of land on the market, but very few buyers willing to pony up the cash to invest in land. smoky mountain real estate: Thunder Mountain - Wears Valley Cabin Community near Pigeon Forge - 09/16/07 02:32 AM
Thunder Mountain is a new development nestled in the peaceful “Little Cove” area of the Great Smoky Mountains. The development offers stunning views of Mt. LeConte, Cove Mountain, Bluff Mountain, and the surrounding mountain ranges well into the Smoky Mountain National Park. Its location is very convenient to the Parkway - only 3.3 miles from light #6 on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and 4.9 miles from light #10 in Pigeon Forge adjacent to the Gatlinburg Spur. The spectacular setting of 400 acres is divided into 270 generously sized mountain estate homesites. Infrastructure is excellent as it provides wide paved roads,
