Dad was born in West Virginia, but his parents were from Budapest, Hungary. Dad would tell stories of when he first started in the mines.....when miners use to crawl on their belly to get to coal. I remember how my mom use to worry about him working in the mines. We were very lucky that he came home every day. Not to say there weren't any accidents, but nothing like we heard about this (6 comments)
