real estate: Diary of a Realtor - Why I Chose Real Estate? - 08/04/11 11:13 PM

Of course, with raising the kids, cooking and cleaning she never had time to think about another job. I remember when I was 18, mom and I went to Florida. She was actually thinking

real estate: The Last Four Days Have Been a Whirlwind - 07/08/09 11:00 PM
Since July 4th real estate for me has been somewhat of a whirlwind. Here's a summation of the whirlwind..... On Saturday, July 4th, I wrote a contract for a sweet 65 year old lady. She wanted to buy this mini farm in Crawley, WV, that I have listed. I informed her that there would be a lot of maintenance for this property, and may be too much for her to handle. But, she said the Lord would be helping her. The contract was contingent on her selling her South Carolina property. BTW, like most sweet old ladies....she will talk your ear off..and she did....It took

real estate: A Fair to Remember - 11/17/08 07:48 PM
Fairlea is located in the southeastern part of West Virginia, in Greenbrier Valley, near Lewisburg, West Virginia. Fairlea had a population of 1,706 as of the 2000 census. This small community is well known for the largest state fairgrounds, and has the largest end-of-summer celebration in West Virginia. I remember the first time I went to Fairlea for the State Fair. It was absolutely overwhelming to me as a child, so many carnival rides, so much food, and so many people. Now living in Lewisburg, I take my family, nieces and nephews to the fair. I love to see the childrens
