Hector Gavilla grew up in Dix Hills. He is a Commack South High School graduate. He now resides in Melville in the Half Hollow Hills Schools District. The purpose of this blog is to discuss Real Estate trends including video tours vs. virtual tours. It is my goal to see what the opinions of video tours are among the buyers, sellers, and other realtors out there.
