The Real Estate market in Long Island is all over the place. There are some areas that are retaining their values while other areas are experiencing major price reductions. Generally speaking the homes closer to New York City have not experienced too many price reductions. However, homes are taking longer to sell. In Manhattan there has been no change. The market in New York City continues to stay strong.
