peoria real estate: Agent to Agent Courtesy - Out of Style? - 07/26/08 04:45 PM
I must admit, I'm old school. So please help me understand in this new reality why agents being courteous to other agents isn't necessary, because I am lost. I faxed an offer to an agent and then followed up several hours later with an email to verify that they had received the offer. Now 24 hours later I still have received no word from the agent. I called and left a message on their phone, still no call. I realize that in this short sale market it takes weeks to get acceptance or rejection, but a return call or email saying that the offer was

peoria real estate: Water and the Desert - 11/12/07 11:42 AM
Water is a most precious commodity in the desert. Programs to conserve and reuse water are vital to each community. The city of Surprise, Arizona has teamed with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's WaterSense program to help residents conserve water and reduce costs. peoria real estate: 3 AM - 11/12/07 10:09 AM
All of us in Real Estate know that the market is not what it should be and we struggle. Retail is in the same boat and can you imagine having to work at 3 AM in a retail store? The Arrowhead Town Center is a big mall in the Northwest corner of Phoenix and the Disney store at that location will open at 3 AM on November 23rd, the day after Thanksgiving. The league is comprised of six teams: the Scottsdale Scorpions, Mesa Solar Sox, Peoria Saguaros, Phoenix Desert Dogs, Peoria Javelinas and Grand Canyon Rafters. These club names were picked by Major League Baseball as reflective of the Southwestern desert traditions in the state. The games are played in the beautiful Spring Training stadiums used by the Giants, Mariners, Padres, Cubs, A's, Royals and Rangers. As the regular season winds down and all eyes are on the post-season, the Fall League is getting ready to

peoria real estate: Get Involved - 09/23/07 11:16 AM
Remember the joke about weather, everyone talks about it but nobody does anything about it? That can certainly be applied to Home Owner Associations. People gripe and complain about the board, the decisions, and the rules, but they don't DO anything about it. I receive three or four complaints a week about our HOA and when I asked where they were at the last meeting I get some "lame" excuse. I was going to be there but something came up or I was going to attend but didn't know where to go. My personal favorite is I'm so busy I don't have
