Okay, it's December.  Did I meet my goals for 2009,.....no I did not!!! why not, I ask myself.  Did I do all the things I should have done to pay off my mortgage and go to Ireland, which is my dream.

No, I could have done better, I could have aimed higher.  I could have shut the door to my office and said no I cannot do my email, phone call, conversation, now..I can do it AFTER, I do  some shameless SELF promotion and work on my business.   Is that what you are saying,,I am

I have to work harder on my business, I have to get a better mindset to accomplish my own expectations of financial security. 

Get yourselves together folks.  Work on your business, get your financial security.  If you work hard and do it everyday, follow the model and practice.  The business is there.

I know that alot of us did not meet our goals for 2009, I did not meet all of mine.  I have continued them over to 2010 and will meet them.  I know that we are professionals, we are needed in this marketplace.  There are many people that need professional, ethical realtors.  Let's all me those people.
