I think a key component that some of us forget, that with the importance of the internet, the very first visit to your listing is via the internet. Potential buyers and agents will look at the details of course, and the PHOTOS. If they like what they see, they will look further - perhaps look at the tour, listen to the narration if you have one....seek out the listing on Youtube..... and then they make the appointment. I live in New Rochelle, just 30 mins from NYC and I try to attract buyers from the city..I have 2 websites, and (16 comments)

Please forgive me but it is a Sunday evening.. I have just returned from an open house followed by an inspection... and I looked to the new blogs. I LOVE the blogs... I started looking at all of the new blogs, and then our photos, and it made me smile... Do we pose one way, or the other for the photos... do we have a good side?, a bad side?.. do we pose with our heads together?... or do we pose with a nice background? I prefer the full frontal shot - does that mean I am bold ? aggressive? What statement am (13 comments)
