Sales from 2010 to 2010 decreased 16% while the Avg price decreased 14%. Perhaps the lower prices can account for the lower Days on Market. On the low end it is interesting to see how the List to Sales price (and keep in mind these are the true handyman specials) remained around the 50% mark. This must mean the banks are still trying to value the homes higher or are not paying attention to property condition. I was just thinking today that some parts of this business have become so un-personable and sloppy it is a true shame. I had a closing yesterday that did not go well due to the unprofessionalism of the title company, no one present from the lender or selling side and a Notary conducting the closing despite it being AT the Title Company’s Office!

Market report for Homes Sold in Port St Lucie the week of 10.24.11 to 10.31.11. These are homes that have closed/settled – not merely under contract.
There is quite a swing from high to low. For kicks I went back and took out the highest sold to see how that would change the avg/median stats which was quite interesting. It only lowered the Median by 1400. and the avg by 9700.
Not a huge swing at all when you consider the amount of properties sold. The Avg. sold based on these numbers does seem high compared to … (1 comments)

Caller.... "she is just wasting everyone’s time... she is showing us junk...she is NOT LISTENING!"
WOW... Long story short, she signed a short sale offer the other day for a house she does not want to wait for. She no longer wants to move forward with the short sale having later been educated by someone else about the short sale process. One Blog addreses the consistency of advertisements. Consistency in anything marketing you do pays dividends. It really adds the Branding touch. When you see a polarbear wearing red you think of Coca Cola. When I get weekly newsletters in my email, the ones I read are the ones I know and I know them because with in seconds I recognize them.
