I was just thinking today that some parts of this business have become so un-personable and sloppy it is a true shame. There is quite a swing from high to low. For kicks I went back and took out the highest sold to see how that would change the avg/median stats which was quite interesting. It only lowered the Median by 1400. and the avg by 9700.

Doom and Gloom comes from the News Rooms... but is it all that? Not really. Look around and see what you see for yourself. With just a little observation, you can see the real story. I work in a strip plaza in Port St Lucie, FL. In my plaza alone, bays empty for YEARS are now filling up. Like overnight Magic by years end we will have 3 new retailers w/in 300 yards of my storefront. 2 of them National Retailers. Driving down the road I see "pending" on commerical property locations.
