There are 4 Factors involved in making the right decision: 1) Complete and Accurate Information - If your client has the complete and accurate information in front of them, chances are this is the best time to make a decision. 2) Timing - Right now in the marketplace there are a certain number of buyers and a certain number of sellers. We're dealing with a known set of circumstances. Detroit Demolishes 3,000 Homes - 01/10/11 12:43 PM
Our city's mayor, Dave Bing, plans to rid the city of 3,000 blighted homes by April. Detroit is cleaning up its eyesores.The city has already made huge strides toward that goal: About 1,850 vacant homes have been torn down across the Detroit area since April 2010. Demolition crews are tearing down about 300 to 400 houses each month."We inherited and continue to deal with this challenge at a time of unprecedented housing foreclosures," Bing told the Associated Press.
