I am not sure about anyone else, but the last 4-5 weeks i have seen an increase in just about every aspect of my business as a realtor.  Calls are ciming on on my listings, listing appointements are coming in 3 times as fast as they were over the summer and my virtual tours, website and email have all been much much mre active than in months past.  Real estate is a crazt gig, that is for sure, but even through the "dip" we had, I was still able to match last years numbers and this year looks to be my best to date.
