A few weeks ago I responded to a referral posted on Active Rain by Jenn Beilmann, (a REALTOR in the St. Louis, MO). She and I worked out the referral detailsand she gave the the couple's name who were moving to KY and contact information. I immediately called and introduced myself.
Mr. P and I headed out for a long day of house hunting. We narrowed out search to 9 or 10 Mrs. P may like. After a few days of looking, they were able to find a great home close to Mr. P's work.
I just had my first Active Rain referral closing.
Jenn is very gracious and I have enoyed working with her. The best way I can thank her is to recommend her to others on the Active Rain network. If you have someone who needs help in the St. Louis, MO area, please keep Jenn in mind. No, she is not a sister, but I am so glad she is a part of my Active Rain family.
The couple she referred to me went from customers to clients to friends. Getting paid to help people like this is great, but does not compare with knowing I now have three new friends. Two in Northern Ky and one in St. Louis.
