My good friend Jeff Mirkes Director of Down Town Green Bay sent me an email with some great information about the Downtown Green Bay Area that I had to share.

The total amount of office space in Downtown Green Bay is over 1.5 million square feet and is 94% occupied- To conceptualize 1.5 million square feet imagine the Regency Office Center, 333 Main St. as an 80 story building!
-The occupancy study was compiled by Downtown Green Bay, Inc. and evaluated 23 mixed-use, private office buildings in excess of 10,000 square feet along with numerous public office … (0 comments)
