In the last 2 years I would say the hot button real estate word would hands down have to be foreclosure. When I have a random conversation with someone and they find out that I sell real estate, you can bet that foreclosures will come up. This popularity has had an impact on the foreclosure market. Since joining Active Rain I've really become engulfed in all of the information available to me. I was always hoping for the opportunity to pay it forward. When I saw the post about a contest to bring out unique creative marketing opportunities, I felt obligated to enter.

I've been blessed with the presence of Brett Favre for a big portion of my life. Living in Green Bay you eat, breathe, and sleep the Green Bay Packers. Its the way of life in our wonderful town.
