As a Realtor working in the Green Bay Real Estate Industry for the last 3.5 years it suprises me how many times I have run into a sitution where a seller tells me that another agent told them they could get them X. You can safely assume that many times X is way higher than recent comparables of the property. Why would a Professional Realtor possibly set themselves up to disappoint their clients?
