The key question when you lease space is whether it's "net net" or "triple net" (NN or NNN). The latter is more common and it means that you're going to be paying for the space along with all property taxes, insurance and maintenance expenses that arise from the use of the property.

This is a very interesting bit of humility. I have heard many agents pass up on clients looking for a rental for the simple fact that a lease does not pay that much. Since we are located in San Clemente right in downtown at 222 Avenida Del Mar we get quite a number of walk in's. Well many of the walk in's are looking for a place to rent or are just curious about our quaint little town. At companies in the past I usually didn't work much floor time. There just were not many walk in clients
