This is a very interesting bit of humility.
I have heard many agents pass up on clients looking for a rental for the simple fact that a lease does not pay that much.
Since we are located in San Clemente right in downtown at 222 Avenida Del Mar we get quite a number of walk in's. Well many of the walk in's are looking for a place to rent or are just curious about our quaint little town.
At companies in the past I usually didn't work much floor time. There just were not many walk in clients … (6 comments)
