We are Church financing experts and as such we recognize that not one shoe fits all feet and that is why we have designed a number of different programs to help as many Churches as possible.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Examples of programs: &lt;/strong&gt;These are traditional loans and not bonds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Easy Qualifier Program:&lt;/strong&gt; This is our most lenient program and is generally used for two different purposes. When a Church is growing quickly and can not support its debt on a historical basis according to traditional bank standards this is a good program. This is also a good program when a Church is in a turn around situation; maybe they have had some membership declines and are having difficulty being approved under bank standards. The rates are slightly higher but a Church can borrow up to 4.5 times its gross income. No personal guarantees on the loan.&lt;/p&gt;

This specific &lt;br /&gt;$500 bill was printed in 1928 and displays a &lt;br /&gt;portrait of the twenty-fifth President, William &lt;br /&gt;McKinley. Today, there are very few of these $500 &lt;br /&gt;bills left. Nowadays, they are collectors&amp;#39; items &lt;br /&gt;and sell for thousands.       <title>Hair dryer blow outs spark safety concerns</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt; Millions of Americans start their day by blow drying their hair. However, a News 8 investigation discovered hair dryer complaints that included shooting fire, electric shocks and even statements of hair dryers &amp;quot;turning on&amp;quot; by themselves. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; Like any product, hair dryers do wear out, but should that create a safety concern? That&amp;#39;s what hair stylist Troy Brodford said he wants to know. In the last 10 years, he has burned through four hair dryers. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;       &amp;quot;It&amp;#39;s just the constant back and forth of the hair dryer,&amp;quot; he said.      &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;       Brodford said one of his hair dryers shot out a small flame where the        cord met the body of the dryer.     &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; &amp;quot;It literally blew an arc,&amp;quot; he said. &amp;quot;It would just spark because the wires separate in that cord, and when they touch together, it winds up [and] it creates an arc.&amp;quot; &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; After Brodford called with the complaint, News 8 checked with the government&amp;#39;s Consumer Product Safety Commission and discovered he isn&amp;#39;t alone. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; In the last three years, CPSC has received almost 140 complaints about hair dryers, which included hair dryers that allegedly appeared to turn on by themselves and others that started fires. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; There were also complaints of short circuits where the &amp;quot;cord attaches to the handle,&amp;quot; resulting in &amp;quot;electric shock&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;burns.&amp;quot; Many complained of &amp;quot;flames shooting out&amp;quot; of their hair dryer. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;       &amp;quot;Basically, no one wants to have the fourth of July in their bathroom,&amp;quot;        said Joan Markoff, of Sacramento.     &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; She is among those that reported dryer problems. She said her hair dryer shot sparks from where the cord met the handle. The manufacturer of her Revlon dryer said the unit was 6-years-old and the cord had worn out. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; &amp;quot;You expect your hair dryer to die at the end of its period of use, but you don&amp;#39;t expect it to spontaneously combust in your bathroom,&amp;quot; Markoff said. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;       Joanna Bens, of Rockwall, said her hair dryer lit her hair on fire and        burnt her scalp.     &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;       &amp;quot;It was like a candle-size fire,&amp;quot; she said.     &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; The government did not investigate and it&amp;#39;s still unknown if the fire was caused by a short circuit. Remington, the company that made the unit, said it was an &amp;quot;isolated incident.&amp;quot; &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; Along with other documents, product safety expert Lanny Berke reviewed photos of damaged cords produced by the CPSC. Berke concluded some cords cannot handle the constant back and forth strain required to dry one&amp;#39;s hair. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;       &amp;quot;It&amp;#39;s a very strong cause for concern,&amp;quot; he said.     &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; So, which brands are spurring complaints? Unfortunately, the government blacked that line out on every record it provided. Without that information, News 8 doesn&amp;#39;t know what kind of hair dryer is responsible for incidents like the $40,000 house fire in Pennsylvania. Officials concluded the fire was started with a hair dryer that was off when the homeowner went to work. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; Stylist Brodford said he can understand how that might happen since he said his wife&amp;#39;s hair dryer recently developed a short too. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt; Some manufacturers say many people shorten the life of their hair dryer by wrapping the cord too tightly when they put it away. For safety, Berke said the best thing to do is occasionally inspect the power cord for wear. If it looks like it&amp;#39;s compromised, stop using it. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
