trends in real estate: Award for 2008 and 2009 Sales Stats - Connecticut Real Estate - 05/16/09 11:25 AM

I received for 2008 TOP 200 Sales Agent (of 2000) Chairman's Club Award from our company William Raveis Real Estate in Connecticut. It's a nice award to have in the ole files.
I just added up my sales/listing/buyer volume for 2009. As of May 15, 2009 - $11,572,658. Explains why I am a little tired these days.
I sit and wonder if I relocate to the Carolina's where I would work to achieve the over 25 years of momentum I have created in Connecticut.
I think if I were to move to Florida I would work for a shortsale/ foreclosure division of a bank since that is all … (0 comments)

trends in real estate: BURLINGTON CONNECTICUT HOUSING MARKET REPORT - 02/05/08 05:24 AM

Oh Little Town of Burlington...
Burlington, Connecticut, a nice village, convenient to shopping and to Hartford, Rte 8 if you need to get to the NYC and yet totally private. I have some town statistics for you with comparisons from 2005 to December of 2007. This is the best time to buy a house especially in Burlington because of the inventory and interest rates. What a difference two years makes?????
Single Family Sales for Burlington in December of 2007 were 16. June of 2007 were the highest reports sales of 25 Single Family Properties. December of 2005 reported 8 sales that month.
