Get Square Virginia. What a title. I was just reading about about a program that may help some of our real estate clients in Virginia. It a new tax amnesty program that runs during Fiscal Year 2010. It is called "Get Square VA" and establishes a 60-day period during which, with certain exceptions, taxpayers who have an outstanding bill or delinquent return for any tax administered by the Virginia Department of Taxation ("TAX") may receive amnesty.
