     In Part 1 of this post, I laid-out many of the distinct advantages Will County (located in northern Illinois) had from a business perspective.        
     In this Part 2, I want to focus on some of the services and features that exist within Will County that help enhance a resident's personal life, residence, and lifestyle.  It will back-up the information supplied via my earlier post and in the recent Chicago Tribune article report that  "Will County's home prices are staying positive"  ... and my opinion that the County offers much to the prospective home buyer.

     Will County in Illinois is beating the odds!       
    The Illinois Association of Realtors recently reported that Will County's median and average home prices rose during the 1st Quarter of 2011 versus the prices of a year ago.       
     According to the Chicago Tribune's reporter, Mary Ellen Podmolik ... all the national accolades that many of the County's communities have received has definitely boosted the county's reputation as a good place to live.  The positive news regarding home prices proves it.

While trying to catch-up on some of my favorite AR bloggers this morning, I ran across this post from  Sally and David Hanson, Keller Williams  agents from Brookfield, WI, an area close to Milwaukee.

Take Precautions to Make Your Home and Family Safer. Clean Your Clothes Dryer and Lint Trap Regularly. - 05/25/11 12:13 PM
    
     Last week saw the partial destruction of a  Naperville, IL  home due to fire that lit in an accumulation of dryer lint beneath the clothes dryer. Thankfully, the fire was doused in a speedy manner and no loss of life was suffered. Only about $5,000 in damage was done to the property, most of which was to the basement where the dryer was found. These homeowners were lucky.

Who of us doesn't have a zillion of those darn pesky plastic bags collecting around our house?  Now we have another handy and convenient drop-off for them, instead of the landfill.

     I sincerely thought about doing this entire post in FLAMING RED.  That's how frustrated ... how upset I was ... how close to flames ... after reading and viewing a video about a new Google service being launched regarding mortgage and financial services.

     During great parts of my day I find myself  "dispensing"  information.  I literally visualize myself much like a pharmacist or doctor ... dispensing little pills of information, performing surgery to heal credit, suture finances, resuscitate mortgage processings, and deliver successful closings.
