Previously, I wrote a post regarding the Geneva, Illinois and St. Charles, Illinois police departments offering a very beneficial program in which they aided their residents with the disposal of unused prescription medicines. I wanted to update that post with the following information regarding other municipalities in the Chicagoland area that offer similar prescription disposal programs. This new information posted here within this post is for the City of Lockport, Illinois ... and also the County of Will's Medication Take-Back Program. I hope this new information assists the residents in these areas with the disposal of their unused prescription medicines. (6 comments)

You'd think between us we'd know a little something about the area. But over the weekend, we both learned something about the history of Joliet that neither of us had every heard before or knew.
The WORLD'S first Dairy Queen ice cream stand opened in Joliet over 70 years ago! Now THIS ... is important information to know! This historic first Dairy Queen location still stands at 501 N. Chicago (10 comments)

Thank you to Tim Ireland (Re/Max All Properties in New Lenox, IL) for this post out of the Lincoln-Way Area of Will County. It provides excellent information for those within the industry ... as well as the residents of each village.
