Home Buyers can find excellent Homes in Pittsburg at great prices, but I suspect investors are snatching up the homes at rock bottom prices These numbers are pulled from the MLS on May 11, 2009 and focus on Single Family Homes. In April 103 homes sold in Pittsburg. The Average Price of those Pittsburg Homes sold was $167,690.00 and the Median Price was $146,0.00. This is not the usual Real Estate Blog but should be of interest. I have posted here that I would be going to a Tea Party and I did. I want to share what happened and give you the best info I can, not just facts but a feel. The party was set to start at 3:15 pm in Pittsburg, CA. For those not familiar with the area Pittsburg is a medium sized bedroom community in East Contra Costa County. I got there early (about 2:30) expecting to find someone setting up.
