I've been in real estate now for 16 years and I have never seen a market where there are so many knowledgeable people and yet so needy.  Sellers who know all there is to know about prices and neighborhoods etc and yet they can't sell.  Buyers who want to buy but the press has them convinced that there is no money out there to be borrowed, or next month things will be even cheaper.

The consumer needs and will pay dearly for our help now more than ever!  As Professional Sales People who happen to sell real estate, let's embrace our Profession we love and go out and help these consumers.  And who knows, maybe put a buck or two in our pockets in the process.  Let me know if you are up for the challenge.
