So far we have discussed ways to get listings,the importance of being at the office and learning new things, and of course self image..but maybe I should have started at the very beginning. I'm talking about when you are in Real Estate school and you have not even picked an office to work out of yet... I'm sure your instructor told you how to choose an office, but did he REALLY tell you how to pick an office? Here is my suggestion.. Nez Perce county is ranked 24th out of 44 counties in size. With a population of just under 40,000 people, there are 11 major employers! Number 1 being St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Health care workers are always needed especially nurses. The average wage for nurses is $18.89 per hour. Coming in at number 2 is ATK. ATK is part of the largest ammunition manufacturing company in the world, supplying products to the military, hunters, and to law enforcement around the globe.
