free: Take advantage of your offices tools...you mean there's things that are free??

As you all know, there are a lot of expenses in this business, advertising being the biggest expense, I believe. Do you all really know what your office has to offer you? I bet if you all dig you will find that you are spending money on things that your office may already have paid for in advance just for you!! For instance, does your broker own any online advertising? "Maybe Realtor.com"? Hmmm..If they do, I bet you could feature your listings there, for free!!
