Hi,

I am a real estate agent in North Carolina who wants to sell two time shares. 

I currently have two time shares in Mexico that I would like to sell. I have never sold a time share and has no idea how one does such a thing. I own one and a friend owns the other. Both are with RCI and are "Red" which is there highest rating and can be used any time of year.

The one bed room unit is in Mazatland at the Costa De Oro resort. It has a week a year until 2022.

The other is a studio in Puerto Vallarta at the Velas Vallarta resort. It has a week until 2023.

 I believe eachalso has a week or two banked.

As you may know with RCI you can trade your property and stay any place RCI has a property. I  once traded my Mexico for Orlando Florida.

 If anyone is interested or know of a company that might be, please contact me. Both properties are very nice, we just don't use them any more.
