recession: San Antonio, Central TX: Markets Showing Their Strength to Overcome Recession - 10/20/09 10:52 PM
News of the recession coming to an end has been getting more and more buzz these days as people talk about various improvements in the market. I would certainly agree myself that 2009 has shown a much more favorable outcome than that of previous years. However in reading some comments and other blogs I've noticed that there is a disbelief about the markets recovery. In the words of Steve Morris CEO of Exit Realty Corp, International, the "storm has passed." There are several reasons to why I would agree with this myself. Here in San Antonio, we have seen

We all know the United States economy has taken a hit these last couple years which has directly affected the housing market. Recently within the last few months however there have been different observations within the markets across the country. Steve Morris, founder and CEO of Exit Realty predicted a change to occur in 2009; thankfully it looks as if this prediction is coming to life. According to a headline in the Exit Recruiter, a publication by Exit Realty Corp, International, "the storm has passed...the recession is ending!!!" I for one agree for the most part with Mr. Morris.
