buying: Commercial Break - If you have not owned a home in 3 years buy a Raleigh home now! - 03/03/09 09:04 PM

I know this is definitely a self promoting blog post but I have to say that if you live in the Raleigh area (depends on where you live of course), you should buy a home over renting this year.
With an $8,000 tax credit (all of it back in taxes not off of taxable income), great rates, and it being a buyer's market you should definitely consider it if you are paying the average rent in this area.
