Cyberhomes.com, like Zillow.com, helps homeowners to access property values, research market comparisons and provide area information.

The site is very fancy, but one doubt I have, the same issue as using Zillow, is how accurate the property valuation it can provide. Unlike Zillow, Cyberhomes has more data since it is backed by home insurance company so that helps. But property value is by and large decided by a lot of factors and I just don't think the value can be accurately represented just using the data and computer program.

I tried a few properties and the estimated price were a little high. Probably because the recent slowdown in the market.
