When I look at value for a 2 bedroom home for sale in Crystal, MN or any first ring suburb of Minneapolis, this home has a ton of it!
Firstly, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is just steps from two access points to Middle Twin Lake and all of the walking and biking trails, beaches, and wildlife. I sat and watched the Mallards swim around for 15 minutes while kayaks paddled by and pontoons with fishing rods anchored in the distance.
