Home Prices in Lafayette

It is amazing to me - I read about the depressed houseing market and that home prices are falling. Then, I go out on tour and am dumbfounded at the prices of some of homes! It is quite interesting that prices around me are quietly going up again. Multiple offers are occurring, but primarily on those homes that are perfect - at least cosmetically. People don't seem to be as interested in properties that have any flaws right now.
