I hope this finds you having a marvelous day!  All is typical here...  dark, cloudy and rainy.  Yep our forecast today says clouds and rain followed by heavier rain.  How about white fluffy clouds and sun breaks followed by more SUN!  Now that is the kind of forecast I'm talkin 'bout!

And happy spring, or so the calendar tells me!  It is 26 at my house again this morning, but... I did not wake to snow!!  So I think things are looking up, maybe spring really will come to the pacific northwest!  Oh I am so ready :)

Happy Friday!
 
I hope this finds you doing well.  Things are peachy here in my corner of the world, just still very winter-like.  I hear that much of the US is feeling like it is summer, but I am suddenly in the mood to pull the Christmas decorations back out - ha ha ha! 
We had a very unusual and unexpected snow this week.  And this was one of the pictures that I captured.

I hope this finds you having a wonderful day!  Things with me are peachy, but what a difference a week can make.  Last Friday I was at this beautiful winery outside of Tuscon - in my flip flops!!!  And I snapped this photo.  Today... let's just say my flip flops are once again collecting dust :(

Yep, it is time to move the clocks forward - cause SPRING is coming!  And with the sunshine today, it is making me more than ready.
 
As you change all the clocks in your house, don't forget to change the clocks in your car too.  This is also a great time to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors too.

There are currently 185 homes for sale with prices ranging from $51,500 to $1,475,000.
1 and 2-bedrooms homes for sale: 8 3 bedroom homes for sale: 85 4 bedroom homes for sale: 76 5+ bedroom homes for sale: 16  
There were 27 homes that sold in February, 2012. 25 were re-sale homes and 2 were new construction.
A further breakout shows what type of homes sold..,.
New Construction: 7.5% Bank Owned: 55% Short Sales: 15.5% Regular Re-sales: 22%
