I hope this finds your week wrapping up nicely. It has been a very rainy and chilly week 'round these parts, but they say we will have some sunshine again for part of the weekend, so that would be nice. I have to say I was getting use to all the warm and sunny days we were having. The rain this week is normal - so I know the sunshine was a treat - but I want it back anyway :)

I hope this finds you having a wonderful day! This is another picture that I took this spring. It has been so beautiful! March-uary felt like well... January and February. April was either sunny and fairly nice or dumping rain. But the rain mainly came Monday - Friday and we had some absolutely lovely weekends. And May, well it has been feeling like JULY! Just stunning. They say rain and cool and more May-like next week, but until then I will just keep wearing my flip flops and soaking up the sun.

Happy Friday to all and what a beautiful Friday we are having! As you can see from the picture spring is in full swing here at my house. We are once again predicted to have a sunny and dry weekend! Yep, about 6 in a row if I am counting right!!! For how wet and cold March-uary was, April and May have had some amazing days. Here is to a good summer, something we have not seen in several years!!!

I hope this finds you having a wonderful day. I am happy to say that spring has finally come to Seattle (although this particular picture I think I actually took last summer). Last weekend actually felt like summer 'round here and I was one happy girl!! They say that this weekend won't be as warm, but that it might once again be dry. Woo Hoo!!! That would be just lovely.

I hope this finds you having a wonderful day. Any big weekend plans? My husband are celebrating our wedding anniversary and I'm quite excited!! Yep, we will be married 30 years next month, but we figure that is such a big milestone we should start celebrating early and keep right on going all the way through next month!

I hope this finds you doing well. Things are peachy here in my corner of the world, just still very winter-like. I hear that much of the US is feeling like it is summer, but I am suddenly in the mood to pull the Christmas decorations back out - ha ha ha!

This picture is another one from our recent snow, ice and wind storm. It really was something to see. And since then we've had more winds, rain, and I am happy to say some SUNNY and unseasonably warm days. In a two week period we went from winter to spring. However, today... it is feeling like we are back to winter.

What a difference two weeks can make. This picture was taken at my house just two weeks ago... I had trees raining down upon my head, we were bathed in ice and snow and we had no power. Now, just two weeks later, it is suppose to be sunny and in the 50's. From winter to spring, almost over night!

Taken in the ice storm ~ January/2012
WOW - what a difference a week can make. Last Friday we had just been through a snow storm and then an ice storm. We lost about 8 trees that came down in the heavy ice and then spent several days without power.
This week, we've had sun, wind and rain... but no snow, no ice and most importantly no power outages :)

Wow, what a week we've had here at my house. From beautiful snow - as you can see in this picture - to an amazing ice storm. I'm getting some good pictures, but it is a mess in my yard! I've lost track of how many trees are down and we are gonna have to throw one big clean up party! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Friday. Wow, it sure is pretty out there again this morning - but chilly! In the teens at my house this morning - brrrrrrrr! Yesterday I was delivering flyers to my listings and it was soooo beautiful out. The sky late yesterday afternoon was stunning and the mountain was out in all its glory. WOW so pretty for a January day.
