We just saw the movie, Julie and Julia, and if you are any kind of blogger, you mus see this film. Apart from the fact that we simply enjoyed it, it spoke alot about posting blogs. I guess alot of what we write is probably just filling space, but I guess there are alot of people doing serious writing out there. I don't know about you, but real "new York" pizza is almost impossible to find around Contra Costa County. Sure we hve the best weather, and fantastic scenery here in Northern California, but New York pizza just shows me what we lack. A serious slice. Thin Thin Thin crust, a little drippy, and ya gotta be able to fold it, to do it right. This place I just discovered, has it all. We used to drive our parents crazy when we were kids. "Are we there yet?". It seemed that wherever we were going, we always had a little farther to go.
When our buyers ask us about the bottom of the market, "are we there yet?", we need to have a good answer.
We tell them this: it is better to be a little above the bottom, on the way down, than it is a little above the bottom, on the way up, even if you are talking about the same price. The seller is in more of a consiliatory mood on the way … (1 comments)
