We just saw the movie, Julie and Julia, and if you are any kind of blogger, you mus see this film. Apart from the fact that we simply enjoyed it, it spoke alot about posting blogs. I guess alot of what we write is probably just filling space, but I guess there are alot of people doing serious writing out there. The heroine of the movie Julie is an un-fulfilled writer, and is living in a vacuum. walnut creek team: FHA in Trouble? - 10/10/09 12:49 PM

Today I read an article in the paper, that the FHA might implode. Ouch. I have come to the conclusion that there is an "all cash" market, an FHA market, and then a whole lot of nothing.
I had a conversation with a fellow agent about a year ago, and we both came to the same realization: if people have more money invested in their car than their home, it seems to be a prescription for disaster.
We both figured that a year or two down the line, alot of these FHA borrowers were going to walk away from the houses. … (2 comments)
