FHA 203 K - Rehab Financing Loan.
Here is the best option for properties that need extra work, and will not qualify for conventional mortgage loan.  Other wise, a home buyer would have to come up with cash, wait for the title to season, and then try and refinance.  This is such a better solution.

Fuse Boxes - Are They Safe? - 02/10/12 12:29 PM
I have run across a lot of homes in the older sections of Madison County, Chester County, and Gibson County TN that have these types of Fuse Boxes.  It would be a good idea to check with your insurance company before purchasing a home with Fuses, and consider the cost of the upgrade, which will be even a higher probability repair request when you sell the house in the future.

Gibson County TN Saddle Club has their Horse Show Schedule out for 2012.  We are very excited.  This will be my 6 year old daughters first year to be part of a Horse Show Competition.  Horses and riding instrucions by Equine Acres.  If you are interested in lessons contact Terresa Vannover at terressavannover@charter.net.

Congratulations to Eli Manning and the New York Giants, the 2012 Super Bowl Champions.
Who would have guessed that the Giants would have ended up being the 2012 Super Bowl Champions.  Their year started off in the rough, and only got worse.  Then, somehow, were able to put all the pieces together, and now it is all written down in the history books.  2012 Supper Bowl Champions- The New York Giants.
