I have been with Homegain.com since their inception.  They are the most integritous company I have ever met.  I get an unbelievable amout of business from them that converts to listings (that's really all I am interested in).
Homegain.com started me out at 35% referral fee.  Over the years, I accidentally realized they kept lowering the referral fee, the more business I was doing through them.
Homegain.com is an amazing lead generation process whereby the buyers or sellers post their needs and all the agents that are using the service, respond with a proposal.

You have been warned!  Whatever you do, do NOT get involved with Reply.com. 
They claimed to me that their leads were all qualified...not so.  The poor folks whom I called did not even know they were going to be called by a Realtor; they were told they would get their information on line.
The rep who suckered me in put in writing I could cancel at any time and refuse a lead within 48 hours.  I would not be charged unless I approved.
I have been trying to cancel for a month.  They lie, lie, lie! 
Also, they employ absolute dimwits!
