Leasing Florida Roads Is Highway Robbery - 08/17/08 07:57 AM
Florida residents are under attack by its Government and Governor, Charlie Crist. Crist is pushing proposals to lease a 78-mile stretch of I-75 known as Alligator Alley. He's considering proposals from private and even foreign companies. Currently, there is a $2.50 toll, $2.00 for SunPass users. If Crist gets his way, private leasing rights could cost travelers, most importantly, Florida residents as much as $20 to cross the South Florida roadway. We've already paid for the road and continue it's upkeep through the tolls we currently pay. Leasing Florida's roads of those in any state is simply outrageous! It will equally (3 comments)

Tits (I'm sorry, I didn't create this concept but it's true) 2. Tots - Everyone loves ADs with kids; and 3. Terriers - Pets are a real charm. NAPLES, FL - 8 August 08 Today the Naples Daily News reported a sharp increase in sales for properties listed $300,000 and less for both Collier and Lee Counties. That trend has been going on for some months. It just takes the media several months to report on the news. We have also seen an increase in sales for properties priced between $300,000 and $500,000. Yesterday, our broker gave us simiar news. So the trend is now moving more positively than negatively. What does that mean for buyers and sellers. Well, the opportiunites are out there for both. NAPLES, FL 7 Aug 08 More tough news in the media about the sagging economy led by the real estate bust. Tallahassee reported that FL real estate declined $153 Billion from this time last year. Fortunately for single family homeowners in Naples, the market hit bottom earlier this year and is a slow, but definite recovery. The Sunshine MLS, our local real estate multiple listing service, continues to indicate approximately 30-45 new pending sales every day. That's a healthy recovery.
