The former Maxwell's on the Bay has become the new M Waterfront Grille!
We redefined a classic,” said Chris Sereno, co-owner with his older brother Peter. The mauve and green pastel colors have been update with new elegant colors, but this is no stuffy restaurant. The menu is completely new and crafted by Executive Chef, Brian Roland.
According to the Naples Daily News, Chef Roland planned a menu rooted in his classic culinary training paired with an emphasis on organics, locally grown products and natural meats, which are a step below organic certification, Roland said.

Florida residents are under attack by its Government and Governor, Charlie Crist.
Crist is pushing proposals to lease a 78-mile stretch of I-75 known as Alligator Alley. He's considering proposals from private and even foreign companies. Currently, there is a $2.50 toll, $2.00 for SunPass users. If Crist gets his way, private leasing rights could cost travelers, most importantly, Florida residents as much as $20 to cross the South Florida roadway. We've already paid for the road and continue it's upkeep through the tolls we currently pay.
