albuquerque homes: A Spacious Home at The Trails, Albuquerque, New Mexico - 09/05/08 01:32 AM
Number 9115 Ladron is a home in The Trails master-planned community on the edge of the high mesa in northwest Albuquerque.
I would say this house is for a large family, but that description may not be acceptable in our multiple listing descriptions.  Instead, I will say it has 3770 square feet, is a spacious, two story house with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and more than two living areas that include a great room, a loft and a hobby room. The home has a separate private space that could be used as guest quarters or a home office.
Interior features include upgraded kitchen cabinets and counter tops, soaring ceilings, rich wood trim … (0 comments)

From Taos and Santa Fe through Albuquerque, Tijeras and Edgewood in the East Mountains, to Los Lunas in the south, the United States Green Building Council New Mexico (USGBCNM) chapter, observed Sustainability Week with lectures, workshops, and tours of gardens and green buildings-commercial and residential. The self-guided residential tour was educational and served to show that green and sustainable concepts encompass more than buildings.
Although not obvious to the uninitiated, the twenty homes at various stages of completion on the residential tour, provided tour participants with close-up views of sustainable (green) techniques and  products during the construction phase and in completed … (6 comments)
