This home has a long term excellent tenant and it is in perfect condition. The seller bought this home while it was being used as a model home for a large builder in our area. McArthur homes has a great reputation for building quality homes. The home was occupied by the builder for 2 years after it was built and then was turned over to the current owner in pristine condition.
