tech: Mortgage Rate Card

Here is a Mortgage Rate Card that I designed. This widget posts comparible mortgage interest rates that we currently offer in Ontario, Canada. O.A.C. Rates are subject to change. I need to touch up the design a bit, but this is my first draft. I am able to control the inputted rates, to ensure that the data is as current as possible. Looking forward to your feedback.

tech: iPhone Appears to be a Hit

Apple reports its financial results today for their fiscal fourth-quarter and the results appear to outplace Wall Street's expectations. Apple had strong sales in all of its major product lines. It also said that it had sold more iPhones in the quarter than it had since the smartphone was introduced in June of last year. Apple sold about 6.9 million of its iPhone 3G units in its fourth quarter, compared with 6.1 million. Apple has already surpassed its goal of selling 10 million iPhones during 2008. Try it out! Its a useful tool that provides a live feed of my blogged articles. I created it using http://www.widgetbox.com and its gathers the data from my ActiveRain blog. They have a large liabrary of other Widgets. Enjoy!

tech: Facebook Profile Badge

I'm not sure if many of you have seen this before, but I was on Facebook today and noticed that you can create a Facebook Badge. For example, I posted my badget at the bottom of this post to explain what I am talking about. Facebook has probably had this around for awhile, but I just noticed it today. Its a cool tool that can be place on websites, blogs, etc. For those of you that have used this before, please share your uses of this tool or other cool tools.
