What comes first the chicken or the egg? - 01/17/09 11:01 PM
We have to agree that every buyer needs a real estate agent AND 
every buyer is worthless without a mortgage pre-approval. 
  
Both are equally important but which comes first?  The agent or the approval? 
I know many agents who will not show a prospective buyer a house without having a pre-approval in hand and I've come across many first time home buyers who do not even know the very importance of a pre-approval and many who do not even know where to begin the pre-approval process.  As a first time buyer's agent its our job to guide them from beginning to end not to scare them off by … (7 comments)

Is GOOGLE Your DOC[tor]? - 01/03/09 10:46 PM
In trying to stay organized between home office and work office and not wanting to carry my laptop back and forth I either found myself emailing documents as attachments to myself and then opening up the doc at the office or vice versa..my home or carrying a flash drive with me (sometimes forgetting it in the computer at the office).  Lucky for me I didn't work in an office with any bottom feeders trying to steal anyone's ideas or worst of leads, listings or clients....
