For Sale By Owner Leads - 02/28/09 11:05 PM
I just wanted to mention a For Sale By Owner lead service company that I have business relationship with. The same day thousands of FSBO classified ads are published in newspapers, magazines, and other public sources is the same day FSBO Leads USA will collect, scrub and email the FSBO leads to you. It may be a great source for FSBO leads for agents and lenders. Each Lead is: Checked with U.S. Do Not Call Registry Reverse Phone Number lookup Newspaper sources identified Same day delivery No Repeat Ads Its currently $29 a month for two areas or two counties. When You Are NOT the Listing Agent - 02/28/09 10:23 PM
In a prior postI made reference to a friend of my husband's looking to buy a home in my market area of Essex County. To make a long story short, he and his family live in Iselin (Woodbridge) which is out of my market area so they listed their homewith a local realtor and contacted me to buy their home in (Nutley, Cedar Grove, Verona areas). I've been spinning my wheels, showing them homes but because I'm not their listing agent I'm in the dark as to the status of their home...other than it being on the market. I don't know their agent (it was (4 comments)

I just wanted to share a little story that I found rather humorous. I was showing a multi family REO property in Nutley, New Jersey the other day. Aside from being (9 comments)
Fairfield's First School Safety & Security Committee Meeting - 02/18/09 08:06 PM
As a follow up to one of my recent posts regarding the Fairfield Police Department school safety meeting at the Fairfield HSA's February meeting, a School Safety & Security Committee has now been formed and the first meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Center at 376 Hollywood Avenue, Fairfield. While they are taking the lead with starting this Committee, they strongly need the parents and the teachers assistance and cooperation. They are seeking our assistance and participation to complete the "Team" (Parents, Teachers and Public Safety) that instructs the children in this community about School (2 comments)
Excited and thrilled about the launch of my new Prudential website - 02/17/09 10:49 PM
With many thanks to my broker, Prudential New Jersey Properties, I FINALLY have a fully functional IDX, search engine optimized, lead capture enabled, personal website as well as a cutting-edge contact management system and the ability to host my very own blog (although I won't give up AR)! The marketing of our listings on our new platform are second to none and consumers can create a free account so they can save their New Jersey property searches and favorite properties and sign-up for email alerts on price and status changes, new listings and open houses. I'm very excited about our new platform and my new website (0 comments)
