Calling ALL DOGS AND CATS THAT LIVE IN FAIRFIELD, NEW JERSEY its time to renew your license with the Township of Fairfield beginning on January 3, 2012.  All dogs and cats that live in Fairfield New Jersey that are currently licensced should be receiving a renewal slip in the mail. If your dog or cat lives in Fairfield, New Jersey is not currently licensed then you will need to complete the Fairfield Dog/Cat License Application and return it to Township of Fairfield, Municipal  Clerk's Office, 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, New Jersey.  The fees for licensing your dog and cat in Fairfield, NJ are:

"Steering" buyers away from short sales - 12/29/11 10:49 AM
Do agents realize that they are "steering" buyers away from short sales?
Repeatedly I read posts online and have had conversations with buyers where they say, "My agent said to stay away from short sales" or "my agent won't show me any short sales".  As a real estate agent I list and sell residential properties only and I do not handle commercial real estate.  If my telephone rings or I receive an email from a buyer or seller interested in commercial real estate, I refer them to an agent who handles commercial real estate.  I don't steer them away from commercial properties.  I am not … (10 comments)
