In light of my Facebook Fridays post Share is as easy as a reblog or retweet, a few comments had asked how do you share on Facebook AND how to you add a commentary BEFORE sharing. For anyone who doesn't belong to the Facebook Fridays Group, its purpose is to positively grow and share our Faceboook pages and business by liking 5 new Facebook pages every Friday.
The ability to share a post on Facebook is another great way to grow your business utilizing Facebook for Real Estate.

As many know, I'm a frequent contributor on Trulia Voices which is, in essence, a real estate question and answer forum.
Recently I switched brokers and I learned many valuable lessons, one being never have your Facebook page name reference your broker because you cannot change your Facebook page name. I had to start from scratch and start a new Facebook page, this time, not referencing my broker in the page name Gina Chirico Real Estate (Essex County & West Essex NJ).

It appears from this article that Facebook will soon change its "Become a Fan" to "Like" on all brand pages. In essence it makes sense because are you really a fan of me, Gina Chirico, Sales Associate Prudential New Jersey Properties or do you like just like my real estate Facebook page?
The truth of the matter is "Fan" taken literally means fanatic, and few people are fanatics about as many brands as they "like." Are you really a fanatic of Gina Chirico Real Estate of Facebook or do you just like Gina Chirico Real Estate on Facebook?
