With less than 18 weeks left, time is running out for the first-time homebuyer to cash-in on their $8000 tax credit.   
If you are still fiddling around on the computer, searching for homes and/or searching for more information on the $8000 tax credit, you need to seriously shut that computer down now and get moving. If you think you've got plenty of time before the first-time homebuyer tax credit deadline of November 30th hits...think again.  Thanksgiving may be months away and you surely have plenty of time to think about your stuffed bird but right now you need to focus on and account for … (3 comments)

With the government giving buyers 8000 reasons to get off the fence...why are some still sitting??  Perhaps waiting for the market to hit rock bottom?  Problem with that is there is no timer on the market and unfortunately we won't know the market hit bottom until its in the rearview mirror and by then its too late....
All the should've(s), would've(s), could've(s) won't change the fact that you missed out on the best time to buy a home.
