I've tried since yesterday to set up showing appointments for today in Belleville.  All four listings were either 24 hour notice or agent to accompany.  You know how many of the four listings I showed today?  NONE!!!
Six months later these sellers will sit and wonder why their house didn't sell!  Ummmm -- let's see -- your house expired off the market because you didn't make time for agents to show it.  Don't let that happen to you....New Jersey Sellers want to know how to get your New Jersey home SOLD?   Make sure its easy to show!

So how many buyers AND sellers have really benefited from the $8000 tax credit? 
According to the IRS, more than 1.4 million taxpayers(assuming first-time homebuyers) have benefited from the First-Time Homebuyers Tax Credit of up to $8,000!   
If you think only the first-time homebuyers are benefiting-- think of how many sellers have benefited from the sale of THEIR house to first-time homebuyers!
I just wanted to take a minute to congratulate all the first-time homebuyers who took advantage of the tax credit and welcome them into the world of HOME OWNERSHIP!
